Fermentation

People have been preserving food for eons using fermentation techniques.  We will make Kombucha, Kimchee and Sauerkraut while talking about the basics of fermentation and giving some history and nutritional background.  There will be a $20 materials fee, or you can bring your own materials if you contact us before hand and get a list of what you will need.  With Mary Hall.
